pak67 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pak67" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the pak67 platform, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pak67 website accessible at pak67.biz, including all casino, sportsbook, crash game, and live dealer products thereon.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the pak67 platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or market available on the pak67 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pak67 for all registered accounts.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card, the standard national identification document issued to Pakistani citizens.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to Pakistani law includes applicable subordinate legislation and regulatory guidance.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the pak67 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement. pak67 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim any bonus or promotion.

2.2 CNIC-Based Verification

All registered Accounts on pak67 are subject to mandatory CNIC-based age and identity verification. Users must submit a clear copy of their valid Pakistani CNIC during the verification process. pak67 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The pak67 Platform is operated for users in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under the applicable international gaming licence. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pak67 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond its operating licence coverage.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pak67. Multiple Accounts held by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pak67 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the pak67 Platform, Users must complete the account registration process via the pak67 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. pak67 implements OTP-based two-factor authentication as a standard security measure. You must notify pak67 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or CNIC number, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

3.4 Account Currency

All Account Balances on pak67 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Players depositing via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank will have their funds recorded in PKR. Players using USDT will have deposits converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. pak67 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pak67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your pak67 Account Balance without delay. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

pak67 commits to processing withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified Accounts within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are processed during all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests submitted by Accounts that have not completed full CNIC-based KYC verification will be held pending until verification is complete.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's own name.
• pak67 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal amounts — only real-money Balance is withdrawable.
• pak67 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pak67 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term will take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a pak67 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated clearly in the promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games or below minimum odds will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pak67 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; using a coordinated group of players to hedge bets and extract bonus value; exploiting a software error or pricing mistake to claim outsized bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, pak67 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and permanently ban the Account.

5.4 Promotion Modification

pak67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets already placed in reliance on the original promotion terms. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional gamblers, syndicates, or arbitrage bettors.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

pak67 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest knowledge of a fixed result. All bets are subject to acceptance by pak67, and a bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference in your Account.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting on pak67 covers PSL fixtures, international T20Is, Test matches, and ICC tournaments including the Cricket World Cup. Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play bets on cricket are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed, and pak67's recorded data takes precedence in any dispute. In the event of a match being abandoned or rendered void by weather, only fully completed markets will be settled; incomplete markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino & RNG Games

All casino games offered on pak67, including slots from Pragmatic Play and Habanero, are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term statistical average across all players and sessions; they do not guarantee individual results in any specific session. pak67 is not liable for any losses arising from normal variance in RNG-based games.

6.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer tables at pak67 are operated by Evolution Gaming, a world-leading live casino provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets already placed will be settled according to the live game result recorded by the live dealer studio. pak67's liability in the event of a technical failure is limited to returning the affected stake to the player's Account Balance.

6.5 Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator, use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins, and the result is verifiable by the player using the published verification methodology. Failure to cash out before the multiplier crashes results in forfeiture of the wagered stake; this is a fundamental mechanic of crash games and not grounds for a dispute.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pak67 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering an Account using false identity information or another person's CNIC.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer poker or card games.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pak67 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak67 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Placing bets with knowledge that the relevant event has already been fixed or manipulated.

pak67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment experience for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered pak67 Accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the Account dashboard after pak67 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries showing net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without closing your Account.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who self-exclude from pak67 will have their Account suspended for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. pak67 will take all reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission to our support team.

All content on the pak67 Platform, including but not limited to the pak67 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game content, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pak67 Platform without our express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Habanero remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. pak67 is licensed to distribute such content but does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Errors or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or settlement results caused by data feed failures.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

pak67's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

pak67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account on pak67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, transaction history, and gameplay records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, anti-money laundering monitoring, responsible gaming enforcement, and customer support purposes.

pak67 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game content providers, and regulatory authorities where required by our operating licence or applicable law. 12.1 Termination by pak67

pak67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a User has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In cases of termination for cause, any Balance associated with bonus-related winnings may be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your pak67 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pak67 will process any remaining withdrawable Balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out upon Account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. All data retention obligations under our operating licence and applicable law will continue to apply after Account closure. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13 — shall remain in full force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak67 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international gaming regulatory body.

Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, Users are required to raise the issue formally with pak67's support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 days for pak67 to investigate and respond. pak67 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

pak67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — that is, where it affects your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — pak67 will provide not less than 14 days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the pak67 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pak67.biz/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
